Publication & Indexation

Papers will be published in E3 Journal and RTIC Journal, which are indexed on platforms such as Crossref, ERIH PLUS, and ICI World of Journals, DOAJ, Google Scholar, ERIH PLUS, Latindex, Index Copernicus International, OCLC WorldCat, Sherpa Romeo, OpenAIRE, BASE, RCAAP, Directory of Research Journals Indexing, Open Academic Journals Index, INFOBASE INDEX, Scientific Indexing Services, EuroPub, Journal TOCs, Dialnet, REDIB, and QUALIS CAPES..

Rates

The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks and documentation (proceedings in digital format, etc.). However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, extra papers, extra pages, escorts, and additional copies of documentation and social program are optional.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 17 of March, 2025, to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented.

Authors must pay an extra fee if they wish to publish and present more than one paper; up to a maximum of 1 additional paper will be allowed. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee.

Papers written in English (until 10-page limit) must follow the formatting rules for Proceedings in Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies series (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website / Word Template).

Papers written in Spanish or Portuguese (up to a maximum of 10 pages) must comply with the T&D Journal Format.

The version of these papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee, saved in PDF format, must not include the authors’ identification, e-mail and affiliation. This information must only be available in the camera-ready version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and PDF format.

Only articles submitted in English (Springer) must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form Volume 1 / Consent to Publish form Volume 2 filled out (Signed with the handwritten digital signature), in a ZIP file, and uploaded to the conference management system.
